DAY FIVE

Lunch: Macaroni with soup, too hungry, forgot to snap pictures
Dinner: Rice with steamed eggs, taupok and boiled cucumber from the vegetarian store.



Ok...by today, I think my weight has gone down by a kg. And I can't really do my work very well as my concentration level went down. I feel sleepier and I have not much motivation to do anything due to the low sugar intake )); But today's definitely better than yesterday. In terms of emotional state. Feel so much happier today. Yay! Ok. So here's today's vlog. Catchya all soon. (;
